This position reports to The Director of Operations and supports strategic recruiting goals by managing a portfolio of diverse searches, the Associate will have primary responsibility for building and cultivating strong professional relationships with candidates and serve as a strategic advisor to our client while creating effective hiring plans, conducting robust recruiting efforts, and helping to assess and select the strongest candidates to fill open positions.

Conduct thorough organizational assessments, create
appealing job descriptions, develop robust recruitment plans, and craft interview
questions to support screening and assessment

Utilize interpersonal and relationship-building skills to
cultivate strong candidate relationships that are based on trust, communication
and unwaveringly high levels of customer service

In collaboration with our Research Associates, spearhead
efforts to source and engage possible candidates to apply for open positions
·
Review profiles/resumes to identify the most promising
candidates and conduct phone and F2F interviews and to assess degree of potential fit with
the position and organizational culture
·
Utilizing exceptional writing skills, advance the
strongest candidates to clients with detailed and comprehensive candidate
profiles
·
Consult with our client on a daily/weekly basis to provide
updates, address specific challenges and devise action plans for moving forward
with each search
·
Develop high-caliber resources and tools to support
clients with all aspects of the hiring process from recruiting through
interviewing and onboarding

Bachelor’s degree
•
3 or more years of experience in a role
directly responsible for recruiting and staffing.
•
Proficiency using FileFinder or other web
based resume/data tracking system required.
•
Proficiency using Microsoft Office required.
•
Knowledge of interview processes and relevant
laws and regulations.
•
Experience in a fast-paced, high growth
environment.
•
Proven ability to sustain a high level of
output and productivity.
•
Ability to excel in ambiguous and continuously
changing environments.
•
Ability to thrive under consistent pressure.
This contract could be 3-6 months - Possibly longer
